Lesbians to the ER, Stat!
Look for blonde beauty Elizabeth Mitchell to report to the ER. Mitchell has committed to appear in a four-episode arc this season on the hit medical drama as a shrink who gets romantically involved with the authoritarian Dr. Kerry Weaver (played by Laura Innes). Mitchell most recently donned scrubs for her portrayal of a nurse on a soap opera in the Neil LaBute film Nurse Betty. While Innes's character has dated men in seasons past, Mitchell is experienced at Sapphic action -- she played Angelina Jolie's lover in the HBO original film Gia. Mitchell's episodes are scheduled to start production later this month, and will probably air for February sweeps.
